Magic in the Air

At least it always feels like magic to me when spring finally (and this year, I do mean "finally"!) arrives, and everything begins turning lush and green.  And there's more of my magic in the air too.  This Saturday evening from 6:00 to 9:00 PM, I'll be performing strolling magic at "For the Fun of It!" at the Peoria Riverfront Museum.  It's an extravaganza of fun activities, including food from several of Peoria's best restaurants, fun entertainment, an auction, the opportunity to play X-Box on the Giant Screen theatre, and of course, magic!

Also continuing Monday evenings for at least the next couple of weeks, I'm appearing at Big Racks Steakhouse in Canton. 5:30--7:30 PM, Mondays.  Hope to see you soon!

Fun at Big Racks

Just a reminder that I'm currently performing tableside close up magic at Big Racks Steakhouse in Canton, Monday evenings from 5:30--7:30 PM.  Great food, friendly service, astounding magic, and a terrific view out their span of picture windows!  Stop by for some fun.

A Wonder-filled Week

I have a rather full week scheduled, and wanted to share some of the activities with you.

For you early-birds, this Wednesday morning I'll once again be appearing as a guest on the morning news show on WEEK TV-25 with Garry Moore.  They've begun to promote me as "one of their favorite guests".  I'll be on probably sometime shortly before 6 AM.

Then Wednesday evening, I'll be doing my monthly appearance a Tyroni's Italian Cafe in Bartonville.

On Thursday at 6:30 PM, I'll be conducting a lecture, author reading, and book signing event for my book, A Call to Magic, at the Parlin-Ingersoll Library in Canton.

And finally, I'm excited to announce a new restaurant in my schedule.  On Monday evenings for at least the next several weeks, I'll be performing tableside close up magic at Big Racks Steakhouse in Canton.

I'm Back! (At Tyroni's Tonight)

After last month being cancelled due to snow, I'm back at Tyroni's in Bartonville tonight. You know you're getting cabin fever from all this crazy winter weather.  Why not stop by this evening for some great Italian food and mind blowing magic?  We'll save you a table!

Leap of Magic Tickets Going Fast

Ticket reservations for my Leap of Magic show at Many Lights Theatre in Canton are filling up quickly for all three shows.  If you're thinking of attending, you may want to make reservations immediately.  I'm really excited about the show, as it's an opportunity to do something a bit more theatrical with some philosophical overtones as well.  A magical experience you're sure to love (even if I do say so myself.)

Also look for me on TV this week:  on Wednesday the 19th on the morning news show on WEEK-TV 25 (probably around 5:45 AM), and I'm tentatively scheduled to do a remote video spot on Major League Baseball Network's Country Fried Fridays with (that other) Mitch Williams on Friday the 21st.

No Tyroni's Tonight, but...

Due to the inclement weather (I've had just about enough of that, haven't you?) I won't be doing my monthly spot at Tyroni's in Bartonville this evening.  I'll see you back next month on March 5.

I'm also taking a short hiatus from my regular Saturday evening appearances at Cherry Street in Galesburg, also due to weather.  We're hoping to start again the beginning of March, but I'll keep you posted here.

Meanwhile, tickets for my Leap of Magic show at Many Lights Theatre in Canton on February 21, 22, & 23 are going fast.  All three shows are about halfway sold out already.  Be sure to reserve your tickets right away by calling the Many Lights box office at 309-357-9366.  You can also check out their Facebook page.
